Crepe recipe

Ingredients :

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk (preferably whole)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter, plus extra for cooking crepes
