Crepe recipe

Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of milk (preferably whole)
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter, plus extra for cooking crepes
Instructions :
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Gradually whisk in the milk. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition.
Then mix in the sugar, melted butter, and vanilla. Cover the bowl and let the batter rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Heat an 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Melt a small pat of butter in the skillet and swirl it around to lightly coat the surface.
Pour 1/3 cup of the batter into the skillet and tilt your wrist in a circular motion to spread the batter into a thin, even layer.
Cook for about 1 minute, or until the first side is lightly browned. Flip and cook for another 45 seconds to 1 minute.
Remove the crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
Fill the crepes with your favorite sweet fillings such as jam, honey, sugar, chocolate hazelnut spread, peanut butter, or bananas.
